Over a 30 year career with Alcon Laboratories and Bristol Myers Sqibb he served in several commercial leadership roles including VP, Pharmaceutical Sales, VP, General Eye Care Global Marketing, and Director of Training and Development.
Yale has an MBA from the Harley Langdale Jr. College of Business at Valdosta State University. In 2004 he studied at the Harvard School of Business, participating in the 10 week on campus Program for Management Development.
He is an active board member and Past President of the MISD Education Foundation, and is a member of Rotary International in Mansfield. Yale also participates in other volunteer activities in support of our community. He and his family have lived in Mansfield for 23 years.

John Phillips is president of Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, having assumed the role in August 2011. He oversees operations of a 254-bed non-profit tertiary, acute care hospital with more than 1,000 employees and 200 physicians. Phillips has been instrumental in leading and growing the hospital, which just broke ground on a new $11.8 million 82,000 square foot professional office building and in December opened a $118 million Amon G. Carter Heart and Vascular Center and patient tower in 2015, to meet the needs of the communities in Tarrant, Johnson and Ellis counties.

Pete Shopp oversees operations and logistics, facility, quality, export compliance, legal, insurance, pricing, asset management, business processes, product data and other areas of the business. He has navigated the company’s facilities expansion and distribution logistics to stay ahead of the growth - with no down time during the process. Under his direction, Mouser built a state-of-the-art distribution center in 2000-2001. The 23-year Mouser employee led the transition to the new warehouse management system in 2004, followed by several upgrades to increase capacity, speed and accuracy. In 2006, he guided another major building expansion for the company, expanding the distribution center and corporate headquarters to an impressive 750,000 sq. ft. Recently, he played an integral role in setting up Mouser’s China RMB company, including the legalized corporation and logistics operations. He has an MBA in executive management.
Dr. Eric Benink was named Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Medical City Arlington in November of 2016. He has more than 30 years of healthcare experience.
Dr. Benink previously served as Senior Vice President and CMO at Regional One Health, CMO at Northwest Community Hospital and CMO at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center. Dr. Benink was also a clinical instructor and assistant professor for the emergency medicine residency program at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center and held faculty positions at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria and Rockford campuses. Specializing in emergency medicine, Dr. Benink also served in the United States Air Force during the Gulf War.
Dr. Benink’s clinical expertise has been shared at numerous lectures on topics as varied as sports injuries, trauma in pregnancy and assessing the critically ill patient. He has also been part of several research projects that have been presented at national conferences and published in medical journals.
Dr. Benink earned his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency and served as Chief Resident at Advocate Christ Hospital and Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington D.C.
